I had a thorough cleaning yesterday The hygiene staff were excellent. They explained everything they were doing clearly. I don’t know if they were bought out by another group but I found it annoying to have them want an updated history. They explained they were working on transferring details from one system to another. I feel that they should have done this before I arrived. I did appreciate that they provided booties to cover your boots or shoes

When I came in for a cleaning and check up and told the staff that I had a serious medical condition, everyone masked up. Tanya was very careful and accommodated my restrictions. She was gentle and offered me good advice. Dr. Katz was very kind. I always get excellent care at Aster. Ian McNeil

Starts right from the receptionist they are all Professional, friendly, quick. This why there my dentist!! I hate going to the dentist but this team makes it easy for me!!! Definite 10 out of 10!!!!!

The Aster Family Dental in Uxbridge is the best place to go for getting your teeth taken care of. I don't enjoy going to the dentist, however I like going there a lot. I have some requirements : Chantel has to be my hygienist, I have to have the first appt of the day and most of all there is a security item I hang onto during my appt and it is always waiting for me. Aster Dental does not have to do any of the above requirements but THEY DO and go the extra mile to make it happen. A receptionist had returned from hiatus and she welcomed me with open arms and then Chantel gave me a welcome too. I make a point of knowing everyone's name that I encounter and the appreciation from that small gesture is lovely. Today I had Dr Marvin, it was the first time I had met him. I get a little scared when new people enter my "dental realm" but Dr Marvin was awesome. Dr Marvin has a dry sense of humour, perfect for me!, and didn't try to push me to get a night guard. It was lovely to have a Dr appreciate the reasons why I was not gung-ho about getting one. Dr Marvin said, "It's your body, you can do what you like." That's the first time I have ever encountered a dentist saying that and man was it a relief. You always get a surprise bag with toothpaste, toothbrush and floss. Since I had a sensitive spot, I was also given a toothpaste that was for sensitive teeth, on top of the items in my To Go baggie. Like I said, I'm particular and nervous when I go to the dentist but Aster Dental treats me like a princess and goes the extra mile to take care of me. Go there and get the full customer appreciation experience, you won't be disappointed. A1 dental office and staff.....Oh yes and it's always incredibly clean in the dental area (of course) but in the waiting room and the reception/admin cubicles. There are items for children in the waiting room and even magazines for adults but I was happy to see a wordsearch book there and 'hunted' for a few minutes. Way to go Aster Dental!
